When Is Good is a tool that does one thing—helps a group of people choose the time for their next meeting or event. One person starts by clicking (or clicking and dragging down) all the times that they are available on a calendar grid that shows 2 1/2 weeks of time slots. When Is Good then provides a link to circulate to participants, who see the proposed times and click on when they are free. Whoever started the calendar gets to see the combined results.

I haven't used this site yet, but from the description I have one comment. It's interesting that the user selects the times they are free, rather than the times that they are busy. At risk of being self-referential, I would prefer the latter since it's easier for me to look at my personal calendar and manually enter in those times that I'm busy.

I have to agree with you on that point, Todd. I've grown accustomed to doing calendaring that way myself. This seems most useful when someone wants to be sure they limit the available slots for meeting.
