Based on demand to use the wireframe icons on web sites, and to use them in Adobe Illustrator and Visio, I've created EPS and PNG versions that include a Royalty Free license agreement. You may use them in your UX documents, but the license also permits you to use them in web sites.
There are restrictions for use on commercial products or commercial applications that offer products
or services for sale or for fee-based usage, however. For details on the license and prohibited uses, please see the Royalty Free License Agreement.
Denis, yes you would be able to use them on that site. You may use them on personal and commercial sites. You would not need to give attribution.
The prohibitions section lists specific cases where a Rights Managed license is required, but there are only a handful of cases that are prohibited.

Hmm..I just got these last week and they were about 10$ I think...What's the difference now that the price went up?
The $10 versions are bitmaps formatted for OmniGraffle or Axure. These are Vector graphics that satisfy 2 cases:
1) Illustrator and Visio users can import them.
2) Users asking to use them on web sites (with the exception of apps and services for now) now have a license to do so.
There are 2 things that may change with regard to this release. First, I intend to eventually provide a native vector format for OmniGraffle so that users can modify the style (color, stroke, shadow, etc.) of the icons. Second, I am working on an extended license option that will allow web apps and services to use the icons.
Remember that this is response to demand, and the original OG and Axure icons are made to be used for wireframing in grayscale, but people have wanted to use them for other purposes.
Ahh..Makes sense. Nice icons btw. Hungreee for more!
Sorry, but I'm not 100% clear on the policy on web applications. If I use the icons in a wireframe and the client wants to use them as is in their web app, is that a prohibited use? And does the same licensing apply to the older $10 versions?
Lastly, would you consider a break on the vector versions for those of us who bought the bitmaps?
Thanks, and sorry to be so inquisitive. Great site and products BTW.
@Michael Moore: As of now, they'd have to make their own icons based on the design of the Wireframe Icons. The standard royalty free icons I'm offering now, and the OmniGraffe/Axure icons do not provide a license for use on a web app. I'm trying to figure out a fair "extended" pricing model for the EPS/PNG license for use on web apps.
